Terms of Service

1.Services

Haseeb Builds provides freelance web development, CMS setup, e-commerce development, speed optimization, and related digital services. All work is scoped and agreed upon before commencement via a project proposal.

2.Payment Terms

• •50% upfront deposit required to begin any project
• •Remaining 50% due upon project delivery before live handover
• •Payments accepted via bank transfer, wire, or agreed digital methods
• •Overdue payments may result in project suspension

3.Revisions & Scope

• •Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal
• •Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed hourly
• •Scope changes requested mid-project may affect timeline and cost

4.Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered website. Haseeb Builds retains the right to display completed work in portfolio materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

5.Client Responsibilities

• •Provide all required content (text, images, branding) on time
• •Provide timely feedback within the agreed review windows
• •Maintain hosting, domain, and third-party service subscriptions after handover

6.Warranty & Support

A 30-day bug-fix warranty is included on all projects after delivery. This covers issues directly related to the work delivered. It does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or client modifications.

7.Limitation of Liability

Haseeb Builds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project.

8.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
